Swim Team Families-

As our season comes to an end, I'd like to inform many of our new families of what we've done in the past regarding the Coaches Gifts.  As always, you and your families are welcome to anything you find appropriate.  If you'd prefer to give a private gift, please do so.  If you'd like to participate in a group gift, please do so.

I purchase a card for each of the three coaches.  I ask that you have your swimmers and yourself sign all three of the cards.  Inside each card will be an envelope.  You are welcome to place a cash contribution inside the envelopes.  No one will know how much your family contributed.  The envelopes will be given to each coach, inside their card, as one collective Thank You from the team.  If you'd prefer to write a check, you may write it out to the coach's name and place it inside the envelope.

6 and Under Parents: The Junior Coaches will have the same set up.  I request that you have your child and yourself sign each of the cards for ALL of the Junior Coaches.  If you'd like to thank the junior coaches with a monetary gift, please do so in the corresponding envelopes.   

I will have a blue/purple tie-dye filer (accordion style) with me tomorrow at practice.  I will have it every day next week.  The cards and envelopes will be inside it.  If you can't find me or my filer (any day between now and next Monday), please look for Jennifer Harding, Katie Long, and Brittany Chiang.  One of us should be able to assist :)
