Hello Team! 

I hope you all are having a wonderful memorial day weekend. 

Our first team practice is Tomorrow, May 28th!! 

A few reminders for practices:

• Ages 10 & under: 5-6pm 
• Ages 11 & older: 6-7pm 
• Please bring your swim suit, towel, a water bottle and goggles! 

As for coaches, this year we have 2 assistant coaches! Regan Euker and Kevin McGowan. Regan and Kevin are both FCC Lifeguards and have many years of competitive swimming experience with the RAYS. Regan is continuing his athletic and academic career at Roanoke College. Kevin attends George Mason University. Collectively, they have a wealth of swimming experience and are eager to coach our swimmers!
