Hello fellow Buccaneer families! My name is Pamela Cottrell and I have the job of volunteer coordinator this season. This is our third year as Buccaneers! I have two children on the team, Parker who is 16 and Nora who is 8! I’m looking forward to another exciting and fun year! However, as we all know, these meets are not possible without parent volunteers.  So far it looks like many of you have signed up for multiple meets and I greatly appreciate that!! It makes the season flow smoother when we know ahead of time we are covered for each meet.  If you have not signed up please do so. We are three away from the exhibition meet and would like to have all the jobs filled by Tuesday so we are ready to go. To do so, log into your SwimTopia and click on each meet. There is a jobs sign up under each. It’s super easy!  There are five jobs that require training. It doesn’t take long and is all online. It can be accessed in Swimtopia under volunteer training. Starter, stroke and turn judge, head timer, clerk of course and head scorekeeper require training.  
As of now we need:  2nd shift awards clerk

                                 1 Awards clerk 2nd shift

                                 4 clerks of the course (2 for 1st shift, 2 for 2nd) 

                                  1 data clerk for 2nd shift 

                                  4 timers for 2nd shift

                                  2 scorekeepers ( 1 for 1st shift and 1 for second)
