Meet start time is 6:00pm, warm ups to start at 5:25pm

warm-ups beginning at 7:00am (host) and 7:25am (guest)

LOCATION:

Sweetbriar Pool - 110 Sweetbriar Park Rd. (Lake of the Woods)

Locust Grove, VA 22508

*All visitors must use the Main Gate entry of the neighborhood. Visitors should use the left guest lane when turning from Germanna Hwy into the Lake of the Woods neighborhood.*

**If using GPS, please input “LOW Front Gate” as your initial destination. After the gate, you will turn right onto Lakeview Pkwy, and can follow GPS or signs for Sweetbriar Park & Community Center at the address above.**

WARM UPS:

●Each team will have 25 minutes to warm-up before the meet starts.

●Home team warm-ups are 5:00-5:25pm; visiting team from 5:25-5:50pm.

Meet start time is 6:00pm

GENERAL:

●Team Areas: Home and Away team areas will be located inside the pool deck. Home team seating on the Right “slide” side. Away team seating on the Left “ramp” side. For safety reasons related to lighting and respect of the facility and adjacent personal property, the meet will be held inside the pool fence. Limited seating is available outside the fence along the playground.

●Parking: There is a parking lot at Sweetbriar Community Center and Pool. Please Park only in lined parking spaces. Parking is strictly prohibited in grass or on Emergency Vehicle access loop around pool. Parents may drop their swimmers off in front of the pool before parking.

CONCESSIONS:

●50/50 Raffle: Bring $1/$5 for 50/50 raffle tickets. Cash only.

●Concessions are available for purchase. Cash or credit card accepted.

●Items may include (but not limited to): Hot dogs, burgers, prepackaged snacks (chips, candy, cookies) and drinks (soda, water, sports drinks)

Kona Ice Snow Cone Truck will be onsite from 6-9pm offering snow cones for purchase.
