Hello Team!! 

Another huge congratulations on an amazing win last night AND winning the National Division Championship!! 

**VERY IMPORTANT Finals information**

• Please RSVP your swimmers for FINALS!! 
• DATE: Saturday, July 20th
• Location: Dixon Park Pool- 1300 Dixon St. Fredericksburg, VA 22401
• RSVPS ARE DUE THIS THURSDAY JULY 11TH, AT NOON. 
• **Please note that in order to be eligible for events at finals, a swimmer has to have swam an event twice (without DQ-ing) in order to compete that event at finals**

Finals and Scoring:

• Finals is for everyone!! Races are divided into different scoring levels based on times, allowing more swimmers to earn ribbons and points for our team! There will be A, B & C scoring levels at finals. For example, a "C" swimmer can win 1st place in the "C" division and score 1st place points and earn a 1st place ribbon! Every swimmer will have equal opportunities to earn ribbons and points for our team. 

ESTIMATED START TIMES FOR FINALS:

1. 1st session - about 2 1/2 hours of swim time (8am~10:30am) AGES 10 &under
2. 2nd session - about 2 hours of swim time (~12pm~2pm) ALL AGES- RELAYS
3. 3rd session - about 3 1/2 hours of swim time (~2pm~5:30pm) AGES 11& older

**Attached is the FINALS event list to help clarify the start times of all age groups for FINALS. **

Please RSVP your swimmers by this Thursday, July 11th at 12pm! 

Please feel free to reach out if you need clarification- we need as many swimmers as possible! The winner of finals also will win a banner :)
