Hello swim families! My name is Pamela Cottrell, I am the volunteer coordinator! I have a 9 yo daughter and a 17 yo son. We have been on the swim team for 4 years! You will be hearing from me more than you like this season HAHA! As stated in this weeks email, swim meets cannot proceed until all volunteer positions are filled and in place! All of the job sign ups are now posted so please head over and sign up asap! The sooner the better! I am asking that one family member per family get certified in a job that requires it. These positions are the harder ones to fill and in the past have fallen on the same people every meet. Let’s ALL join in and share the responsibility to make these meets smooth and fun! I will look daily before the meets to see who has signed up. I will assign those who haven’t, to jobs that aren’t filled so that we can proceed with the meets.  If you have any questions feel free to ask, I’m here to help!
