Swim Family, 

The end is near and honestly, I am not ready. This summer swim has been one for friendships, laughter and lots of growth! Before the year comes to an end we have a few fun things yet to come! 

Tomorrow will be our final lollipop swim meet. If you have not signed up your youngest swimmers go ahead and do that now. If you have friends who you think their kids would love to participate, go ahead and bring them too, just please sign them up. We cant wait to celebrate our Baby Buccaneers tomorrow! Sign Up Here

Next up is finals! We need all swimmers on deck if you have not registered your swimmers but they CAN be there, please email me ASAP and I will relay it on to the coaches. 

With finals comes our last meet to volunteer for! Wooo HOOO! Things look a bit different with finals where the meet is broken into 3 sections. 

Section 1 = 10 and Under individual events and free style relay

Section 2 = All other relays

Section 3 = 11 and up individual events 

Total we have 32 jobs that need to be filled, but I love how they break it into sections by age. Please take a minute to sign up to volunteer and remember that every family is committed to volunteering 6 total shifts per year. Sign up here We will have a special thank you for those that go above and beyond at finals. 

Finally we have our annual banquet!! Banquet is where we come together and reflect on the year, celebrate the friendships, growth and prepare for the next year. On the topic of next year we are looking for a few friendly faces who would be interested in being on the board with us! If you are interested please fill out this quick application. This year at banquet we will continue our tradition of awarding a Senior Scholarship, having our silent raffles AND 50/50 raffle! 100% of the proceeds from our silent raffles and 50/50 raffle goes towards our scholarship fund and also our Junior Coach Appreciation tips. If you would like to go ahead and donate towards the junior coach appreciation tips you can venmo me at sheila-schultz-6 (1922) or fill out this form to have your member account charged. If you would like to donate a good(s) or service(s) to our silent raffles please let me know as the more we have to give away the more money we raise for the kids.
